Swatches: Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk Chiffon Lipsticks in PK027, PK028, PK029, BE109, BE110, and RD315

Last month, Etude House sent me two of their new Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk Chiffon Lipsticks to review and I immediately loved the formula. To be honest, I actually bought PK027 and BE109 on Jolse and then got the Etude House email telling me they were going to send me the same colors. I ended up emailing Jolse to ask about exchanging those two colors out and so it worked out great for me! You can never have too many lipsticks, right?

I found that the formulas were consistent in all 6 lipsticks and so this post is mostly just for swatches so people can see the difference in colors and how the lipsticks look on my skintone. I also included the other two full face shots from my original review of these lipsticks here.

L to R -
PK027, PK028, PK029, BE109, BE110, and RD315

& here they are! All swatched on my arm

I can't actually tell the difference between PK027 and PK029. One seems more magenta (PK027) and one seems more like a strawberry pinky red (PK029), but I only see that when I'm really really inspecting these lipsticks. If you have one, you don't need the other.

Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk Chiffon Lipstick in PK028

This shade looks like a neon orange in the tube, but it translate to a beautiful coral on my lips.

Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk Chiffon Lipstick in BE110

This shade is the only one that had the slightest shimmer when I look at the bullet. It doesn't translate on the lips, but I thought it was weird since the other 5 were just regular cream/matte on the lips and in the tube.

Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk Chiffon Lipstick in RD315

I usually get RD315 in most of their formulas and so how could I skip out on getting the same shade in the Chiffon finish?!

The pinks are out of comfort zone but I'm pretty glad to have them. I do actually see myself using PK027 or PK029 (since they're pretty much the same....) a lot since they're darker pinks and don't look neon on me.

Like I mentioned in my review of BE109 and PK027, this formula is amazing and I even see myself buying more in the future. Etude House has gotten lipstick formulas down and the Chiffon formula is now a firm favorite.

Which shade is your favorite? Have you tried these lipsticks?

*These shades were sent to me for free from Etude House as part of their Pink Bird program. All opinions are my own and 100% honest.
